About Ruth Okin...
I began my real estate business in 1980 and specialized in the sale and marketing of homes throughout the Central Coast (Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Shell Beach, Nipomo, Santa Maria and San Luis Obispo).
Before entering real estate I spent 25 years running a successful retail business with my husband in Iowa. I bring not only extensive experience in the real estate industry but also the business and customer service skills I've developed throughout the course of my career. Buying or selling a home is serious business. I bring the confidence you need to guarantee positive results.

Ruth is a member of the Pismo Coast Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate.

Personal Information
Married and the mother of two grown sons, I have an acute awareness of the needs and wants of families in the area. I know the schools, the neighborhoods, the services and the benefits available. Whether you're new to the area or simply changing neighborhoods, I'm a valuable information resource.
When not serving my clients, I enjoy visiting friends, travel, reading and spending time outdoors on our wonderful Central Coast.
